Complete the form to submit a referral to our team. We accept referrals from local authorities, ICBs, and clinical professionals for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
All referrals are reviewed promptly, with urgent and crisis placements prioritised. Our team will assess suitability, discuss requirements, and respond with next steps.
