Who We Support
We provide regulated and structured care for:
- Adults with learning disabilities and/or autism
- Individuals transitioning between services or requiring crisis support
- Children and young people requiring specialist, therapeutic support
- Individuals with complex needs and behaviours of concern
Admission Criteria
- Formal diagnosis of learning disability and/or autism
- Assessed need for 24-hour residential support
- Individuals who benefit from structured, staffed environments
- Referrals from local authorities, ICBs, or clinical teams
Exclusion Criteria
- Primary acute psychiatric presentation requiring inpatient care
- High-risk forensic history requiring secure provision
- Needs that cannot be safely supported within a community residential setting
Staffing & Workforce Capability
- Ongoing professional development and supervision
- Comprehensive induction and mandatory training programmes
- Safe staffing levels based on individual needs and risk assessments
- Specialist training in:
- Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
- Safeguarding and child protection
- Autism and sensory-informed care
- Mental Capacity Act (MCA) & DoLS
- Trauma-informed approaches
