We are a values-led organisation, built on the belief that every individual deserves choice, control, dignity, and the opportunity to live a meaningful life. While we are expanding our presence in the UK, our approach is already proven through established care environments internationally, where we deliver safe, structured, and outcome-focused support.

Lazer Rubin leads PINAR with the financial strength, entrepreneurial drive and strategic oversight that have defined his career. As the principal investment source behind the company, Lazer brings a proven track record of launching and scaling multiple successful ventures across diverse sectors. Louise Grant

Executive Partner – Care Home Operations

With nearly 30 years of experience in the health and social care sector, Louise is a qualified mental health nurse who has worked across both NHS and private settings. Her career spans frontline clinical roles through to strategic leadership. She spent the last decade in senior leadership positions driving growth, service improvement, operational excellence, and workforce development. Louise is also a trustee of Veterans Dementia UK, supporting specialist care initiatives for former service personnel. She brings extensive sector knowledge, a strong commitment to quality care, and a proven track record of leading complex teams and initiatives across diverse care environments.

Acquisition & Operations Manager

Yossi brings a strong blend of operational discipline and people-focused drive to his role at PINAR CARE. With over two years of hands-on property management experience, he has overseen development projects, maximised rental performance, managed full compliance, and coordinated all letting activities with precision and integrity. His early involvement in secretarial work and his volunteer commitment to supporting struggling boys in Gateshead and Manchester reflect his deep-rooted dedication to helping others. Yossi’s strategic mindset, professional diligence, and compassionate approach make him exceptionally well-suited to lead acquisitions and streamline operations, ensuring every placement and partnership meets the highest standard of care.

Albert Gurwicz

Acquisition & Operations Manager

Albert’s career is defined by his lifelong commitment to supporting vulnerable individuals and managing complex responsibilities with care and reliability. Beginning as a teenager, he worked closely with elderly and special-needs children, gaining early experience in patience, empathy, and behavioural support. His years in Gateshead and Israel further strengthened his involvement with children at risk, while his professional work in lettings, management, and full-scale refurbishments developed his operational expertise. Albert regularly liaised with care providers, ensuring properties met regulatory standards and service requirements. With a strong people-centric attitude and a proven ability to coordinate projects from start to finish, Albert brings the ideal combination of compassion and operational capability to his role at PINAR CARE.
