Supported & Independent Living

Our supported and independent living services enable adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs to live in their own homes with the right level of structured support. We provide flexible, person-centred support that promotes independence, choice, and control, while ensuring safety and consistency in line with CQC expectations and the principles of the Mental Capacity Act. This is not a one-size-fits-all model. Each person is supported to develop the skills, confidence, and routines needed to live as independently as possible, with support designed around their individual strengths, needs, and long-term aspirations. We focus on creating environments where people feel safe, understood, and valued — not simply accommodated. Drawing on established service models and outcomes from our international care provision, we bring a clear commitment to quality, governance, and meaningful progression into every residential setting.

Our Approach to Care Delivery

Support is delivered through tailored packages ranging from a few hours per week to full 24-hour care, depending on assessed need. Our teams work alongside each individual to build practical life skills, manage tenancy responsibilities, and maintain wellbeing within their own home and community. We take a structured, proactive approach grounded in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), trauma-informed care, and autism-informed practice. Support is delivered in the least restrictive way possible, ensuring individuals retain maximum independence while receiving consistent, safe, and high-quality care. We work closely with families, landlords, commissioners, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure stability and successful outcomes.
